- RiverLink is your local agent in Cornwall. We are your initial contact for XplorNET and set up your account with them.

We sell you the equipment and charge you for the installation. So you will get a one-time bill from us for the equipment and for the installation.

The RiverLink Satellite Installation Charge includes more than just installing the satellite. We also configure your router as well as up to four computers so that when we are done all your computers have access to the internet.
- We can supply the router (for a small fee) or you can purchase one yourself. You don't Have To have a router but we strongly recommend one. They make a great fire wall.

The Satellite Service itself is supplied by XplorNET.

Once RiverLink has installed your dish and configured your equipment, we drop out of the picture unless you have problems.

Your first charge from XplorNET will include the System Access Fee (if applicable) as well as your first month's useage.

After that, it will just be for your useage.
- The equipment has a one year warranty and our installation has a three month warranty.
