| This is a 900 Mhz subscriber unit. It is about six times the area of the 2.4 Ghz SU and is very powerfull. Provided there is line-of-sight it can reach many kilometers and is used on difficult paths. | This is a 900 Mhz base station, the central Hub that all of the subsciber units connect to. These panels are the same size as the SU. | Although able to connect long distances, the 900 Mhz equipment has one drawback. It has a maximum transmission speed of up to 3 Mbs. Unlike the 2.4 above, this panel antenna has no reflector version. |
