This is a 2.4 Ghz base station, the central Hub that all of the subsciber units connect to. Each subscriber unit must have line-of-sight to this cluster of antennae. This is a 2.4 Ghz Subscriber unit. It is close enough to the hub to operate without a reflector. The small cable that runs from the unit is a normal outdoor CAT5 data cable. And this is the same Subscriber Unit mounted WITH a reflector. The reflector concentrates the radio beam more and is used for subscribers who are further away.

This is a 900 Mhz subscriber unit. It is about six times the area of the 2.4 Ghz SU and is very powerfull. Provided there is line-of-sight it can reach many kilometers and is used on difficult paths. This is a 900 Mhz base station, the central Hub that all of the subsciber units connect to. Each subscriber unit must have line-of-sight to this cluster of six antennae. These panels are the same size as the SU. Although able to connect long distances, the 900 Mhz equipment has one drawback. It has a maximum transmission speed of up to 3 Mbs. Unlike the 2.4 above, this panel antenna has no reflector version.
